Services Offered


Custom Tours

Make the Baldwin & Griffin Group a key ingredient in your recruiting package by offering your new hires a personalized tour of various neighborhoods. With advanced planning, James and Andrea will consult with you and your employee to fully understand their housing needs and create a tailored tour for them. The process includes:

  • Scheduled call with Human Resources or hiring manager to fully understand the client’s needs
  • Scheduled call with James, Andrea and the new recruit or transferring employee a week prior to their arrival to allow time for planning and tour customization
  • Personalized tour with clients to included transportation to and from their hotel, the incorporation of school tours, visits to recreational activities, tour of community amenities: recreational centers, parks, shopping and cultural venues.

Executive Welcome

As an added service and with an associated cost, we will partner with Executive Welcome. Services include welcome gift baskets, coordination of school visits, planning of tourism and recreational events for the family, and coordination of lodging and travel.
