Local Lifestyle

Greenspring Valley has a laid-back, upscale vibe. Residents enjoy a slower pace of life and have a great appreciation of the land surrounding them.

Large swaths of land are protected by the Maryland Environmental Trust, which works to preserve and protect scenic, rural, and environmentally important land throughout the state, and the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation, which purchases development rights on prime farmland and woodland.

The winding roads throughout Greenspring Valley have intentionally been held to rural road standards to retain the hills & curves character that make for a beautiful scenic byway.
