The newest member of our team, Roseann brings a wealth of relevant experience to the team as a Realtor® and our Transaction Manager. You may know Roseann from her most recent gig as the owner of the Village Square Cafe in Cross Keys. Prior to her “cafe” life, Roseann spent 25+ years in marketing and communications working with numerous Baltimore public relations and marketing agencies, as well as other area businesses. 

Her excellent communication & organizational skills, marketing savvy, and “can do” attitude helps keep the team agile and always on track for success. Roseann is a licensed Realtor in the State of Maryland and a great partner to help you sell or buy your next home. 

Formerly a resident of Mt. Washington for 30+ years – where she raised her two sons, Roseann now resides in Parkton with her husband, two dogs and two cats. When she’s not enjoying the peace and quiet of her home in the woods, Roseann is out hiking on one of the many beautiful trails around Prettyboy Reservoir or Gunpowder Falls State Park.
